Get ahead with challenging tasks. As a customer advisor for AOK, you will provide advice to our insured, corporate customers, and health partners over the phone and online. You will gain valuable insights into the processes and technology of AOK's telephone and online customer service. Your role will also involve shaping communications, such as developing conversation guidelines, and you may even be entrusted with the responsibility of training apprentices in other professions within your area of responsibility. We will prepare you for your tasks at the AOK Training Center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach and at the vocational school in Villingen-Schwenningen through residential teaching. You will learn about interesting topics and have the opportunity to implement them in your team at your local district office. Skills you bring: You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate. You are sociable and enjoy interacting with people. You display a service-oriented attitude.
