Wir suchen aktuell einen Test Engineer, der für die Erstellung von Test- und Qualifikationsplänen auf Produktbasis für Audio-MEMS-Komponenten verantwortlich ist und Systemtestergebnisse hinsichtlich Spezifikationskonformität analysiert. Zusätzlich unterstützt du die Einrichtung von produktionsbezogenen Testverfahren vom Wafer-Test bis zum abschließenden Test. Du bist die Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den internen Entwicklungspartnern und begleitest den gesamten Projektzyklus von der Konzeptphase bis zur Übergabe an die Massenproduktion. Des Weiteren stimmt du dich mit den internen Ansprechpartnern ab, um eine systemweite Prüfung und Charakterisierung der nächsten Generation von MEMS-Lautsprechern zu gewährleisten. Die Ergebnisse dokumentierst du und präsentierst sie bei internen Projektbesprechungen sowie Kundenpräsentationen.

As a Test Development Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our state-of-the-art sensors. In this international ASIC design team, you will be responsible for introducing design-for-testability requirements to optimize the testing process. Collaborating closely with both analog and digital designers, you will define and document test specifications, creating effective test flows and developing test patterns for ASIC post-silicon characterization. Taking charge of the implementation and execution of tests at our partner's facilities, you will skillfully evaluate test and characterization data, identifying areas for improvement. To resolve any issues, you will analyze failure parts in our cutting-edge lab, finding the root cause.
