As a skilled IT professional, you will take charge of developing cutting-edge IT projects in the field of MDM, providing support to prominent clients in the DACH region. You will be responsible for advising both new and existing customers on business and technical matters, at both operational and strategic levels, regarding CRM solutions for the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud products. From the pre-sales phase to implementation, you will guide customers through the entire process, including solution design. In workshops, you will collaborate with customers to identify and analyze requirements, then transform them into innovative solutions. Your role will also involve configuring and customizing the SAP Intelligent Service Cloud and/or SAP Intelligent Sales Cloud based on the solution concept. Additionally, you will design integration concepts for these products within the customer's existing system landscape.
