Service Engineer / Technician (m/f/o)

Your mission: You will be responsible for systematically troubleshooting and diagnosing pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical components of production machines at our customer's site. Additionally, you will prepare and execute commissioning and maintenance work on production equipment. You will also provide technical support in the preparation of service documentation. In our factory, you will be responsible for temporarily assembling subassemblies and production equipment. As a Technician (f/m/o), you should have a background as an engineer or master craftsman in the field of electrical/automation technology, or as a mechatronics technician with relevant professional experience or comparable training. Ideally, you possess several years of assembly and customer service experience. We value independent, careful, and goal-oriented working styles, as well as the ability to work well in a team. This role requires resilience, flexibility, and a confident appearance towards our customers. As our work involves travel, a worldwide willingness to travel is required. Strong commitment and excellent communication skills are key, as you will be expected to communicate effectively in both written and spoken German and English.
